During the school year, the Substitute Teacher will take the place for the primary teacher during their absence. Required Professional Qualities:

• Possess evidence of other adequate preparation, background, or experience as determined by the Division Head.
• Manage the classroom environment according to the current school ethos and culture.
• Promote student learning in the absence of the current subject-area teacher.
• Provide guidance as an advisor/advocate.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required for this position.

As an assistant, you will assist the lead teacher with the items listed above.  A High School Diploma is required, and experience with children is recommended.
